With kind permission from Louise Halford, Copper Beech Stud will be hosting a charity training clinic on Sunday the 7th of February.

The morning sessions will be taken by Whitstone Bedding sponsored 3* international event rider Lindsay Graham. Lindsay has a wealth of experience producing young horses up through the grades and along with a host of other good results, she won the 2015 Eventing Ireland mare championships aboard Graf Maypole.

The afternoon sessions will be taken by international show jumper Declan Egan, who rides for the powerful Bourns Sports Horses in Galway. Declan is a consummate producer of young horses for showjumping and has enjoyed great success in the Irish Horse Board age classes, as well as regularly competing at Grand Prix level. He has also represented Ireland at the world young horse championships in Lanaken.

Riding places are now sold out

Lessons will be approx 90 minutes each, for groups of 4 people. We will be starting at 9am. Tea and refreshments will be available on the day.

Lessons will be €40 per person, YOUR ENTIRE LESSON FEE GOES TO THE IRISH RED CROSS so essentially you are making a great donation to Irish people in dire need and getting an excellent training opportunity in return for your kindness.

Please dig deep and help Irish citizens in dire need. Many are homeless and/or have lost their businesses too. Some are facing total ruination. Huge efforts countrywide are underway to provide food and supplies for families and forage for animals.

With huge thanks to Louise Halford, Lindsay Graham, Declan Egan and all of our prize donors, EVERY SINGLE PENNY goes to charity.
